Edinburgh Zoo

I can remember visiting this zoo at the age of five. Mainly I recall eating a picnic at the parrot cages and watching the penguin parade.
Today there is still the penguin parade but the birds now have a wonderful enclosure where you can watch them in and out of the water. The zoo is built on a hill but it is worth walking to the top.
